Well, a lot of tsunderes seem ridiculously over exaggerated. I think Rin is a fairly subtle example.

that because Rin is just a normal tsundere, most of the exaggerated ones fit the 'violent tsundere' archetype

yay... i already beat the supposedly ultra hard nocturne boss (3rd boss in the game, it was about 4-5 hours into the game)

so, did you beat Margaret this playthrough?

No, I'll do attempt that after I level up more. I have to at least by 90 to challenge Izanami, and I'm only 82.

The Matador... he`s kinda Nocturne specific so i doubt you heard of him outside of it.


i heard the persona Yoshitsune makes the margaret fight easy(dunno for certain as i didnt test it)

No, he's in the Persona games. I used him this time around. :0 But he's pretty infamous from Nocturne, from what I've heard.

Yeah, I have an insanely good version of him saved in the Compendium from last time around.

well ,admittedly unlike the other 2 bosses which i did in 1 go, he took 3 tries and he murdered me horribly the first time.


just remember to kill margaret before her 50th turn.

M'kay. This will be my first SMT game, so I'm a bit nervous about adapting my Persona playing style.

Well, I already know everyone's reasons and the different routes. I would probably like to try to them all out, but I don't know about doing that all in one go... Maybe if you can at least save partway through and then branch off.

Did you ever beat Margaret? She's at least more manageable than Elizabeth... I gave up on that pretty quickly.

i dont think theres anything to adapt from a persona playstyle...

i`m just assuming theres a choice point near the end where they make you chose, so a save before that point should do,although you probably wont be able to 100% the compendium with 1 playthrough

nope,only played P4 once i did beat elizabeth once though in fes, the trick is to not think and just follow the chart(play as mechanically as she does) and hope for a good High counter hit...


as for the time i beat P3P, i was kinda tired of the game so i just took on Nyx at lvl 80, my MVP was Thanatos with a physical build and Agidyne

Well, no, there are choice points to reject or support reasons. Unlike most choice games, your play throughout has a big effect.

I tried, and I was lv 99 too, but she still crushed me.

my first line was in the vein of, persona and nocturne are to different to adapt anything at all...


i guess its more like Devil Survivor in that respect...oh well, helping Luci blow up existence should still be available as a worse case scenario...


did you artificially increase the endurance of the persona`s with cards?

Well, they have similar styles, but they are different gameplay in the end.

I did use the cards, yes, though I don't recall exactly how I used them.

all my games were fast, but a round can't end until all games end, so everybody had to wait for a single table to end -.-

so annoying, and then in the final i lose to that deck because it just randomly wins at turn 5, leaving me like "how the **** you take 2 hours each game with a deck that wins at turn 5?!"
