I don't think new cards should out-do old cards. Then you just have piles of cards everyone ignores in favor of the new stuff. And to me, that's boring when everyone's playing the same type of stuff.

Its pretty much they need to find a way to make people interested in new sets and buy the product.

Yes, I gathered from the Harpie's Feather Duster and multitude of other banned cards. Plus, Card of Sanctity had the draw till 6 effect, rather than its normal one.

i for one would call draw till 6 the normal effect,but just because i`d love the card.

The anime duels were always so exciting. I miss that. GX was fun to watch for the most part, but it just rapidly went downhill after that. :/

how far did you watch Yugioh 5d`s?

I only saw a couple episodes in the tournament with the Black Rose Dragon girl. And I only watched those cause they were on their feet. The bike dueling thing was so stupid I couldn't bear it. >.>

i didnt really mind the bike dueling, it was fun.

i heard they did the same thing with 5d`s that they did with GX, they skipped over the last arc,the last 17 episodes,just so they could start airing the next one sooner...

I love how people would freak out when a certain card was played. XD I have to admit, this five person tag duel is even better than the Mai vs Yugi, and a lot of that has to do with Pegasus, I think.

can someone win by playing random cards against someone who knows the rules and how to play?

advanced tips, hold A to activate cards at random times and X to stop it from constantly asking if you want to activate them.

Basically I meant, throwing random cards out on the playing field without any strategic background.

Example: you know that this card is a defense card, the other is a trap and other used more as an attack card, etc. So just knowing that, is it enough to play and have fun against seasoned players, who know exactly how to use which card at the precise time or utilize what they have in hand with a proper plan.
