well, their scraping the bottom of the barrel, not that many characters left. Fuuka is the only one left thats not fighting and Theodore...

The plot seems to be ending with this story though so I don't think they're going to have to scrape for much more. They introduced the guy behind everything and all

depends on how long they plan to take with P5, if they move at a normal pace, they should be able to introduce all the P5 characters in the next Arena game

as for the apparent plot finality, its probably because after P5 comes out, you cant add its characters to a game called Persona 4

This is supposed to end the P4 Arena plot, but that doesn't mean they can't start a new one.

Honestly, they could have made arcade-exclusive characters like Shinjiro, Takaya, Jin, Chidori, and the MC.

so the dead are supposed to come back to life?,and if you dont count Chidori as dead, she still doesnt have a persona anymore.
