depends on what you consider normal. since just about every grail war has some form of anomaly in it.

They were powerful, sure, but they were standard heroes as the Grail should summon, not fake heroes like Assassin or anti-heroes like Medea and Medusa.

Ryunoske is the only out-of-place Master.

I think the only servant that can really be called game breaker is Gilgamesh, he's even called that in CCC.

Yes, he does. But Reality Marbles aren't considered game breakers any more than Excaliber. They're deadly, to be sure, but they have a high cost. So you can't just whip them out whenever you like (unlike Gil, who could spam Enuma Elish if he wanted to).

they are stronger them if they were summoned as Servants of a Master, but as Servants of Iskander, they are all weaker and have no noble phantasms. Still Servants nonetheless

Gae Bolg is one of the best NPs. Besides its HAX effect, it uses such little mana that he can spam it repeatedly. I think it's just the fact that he likes a good fight so much that he doesn't use it more.

Well, my degree is in chemistry. Specifically, though, I want to get something in forensic chemistry.

Maybe as individuals. But no Master could summon all of them as Servants. So it still works out better that way.

Lol. Gae Bolg is HAX to the max, but EA is still worse. You can't dodge it no matter how lucky you are, nor can you defend it. The only way to survive it is to not exist on this plane of reality - making Avalon the only way to actually deal with it.
