Btw, I have no idea what Arya will have done with her life and I have trouble coming up with something. Even though I know she will only have a few appearances, I fear the question might come up... I feel like she's too smart and restless to be just a housewife, but I also don't think she will have returned to her previous job ... :/

Well, I'm curious as to why she wouldn't have wanted to go back to her previous job. Maybe examining that choice will help figure out what she might have done.

Well I can give you my train of thought (albeit it's not completely logical)

She would want to stay in the Capital with Raidon and the Weapons Development Center is farther east.
And she chose the army because she was alone and wanted a subsitute family. Now that she is in a relationship with Raidon and in regular contact with her sister, she doesn't "need" that as much anymore.

And here's the point where I'm so torn. She loved what she did there. I mean she's a good mechanic and she creative and it never bothered her that they were developing weapons that could kill people. So there's no real reason why she would not have returned to that job....

Does all that even make sense?

I get that maybe she doesn't need work to fill that hole in her life, but she can still like and enjoy it. I can see the commuting being a problem. Maybe Kokonoe could have used the Traesto gems to make teleportation stations between Army facilities like the Capital, Ergo Research, Palemare, Helios, etc.

Mhh...you're right. Well she could have returned to her old job and is commuting, doing like a 4 day work week and a 3 day weekend or something like that

I was playing with the thought of having her be pregnant, since she won't be in on any of the action and it would ensure she's "home" whenever we need her, but I don't know how Raidon would feel about that

The commuting would be a good reason for her to be distant from the plot.

I feel like paternal instincts wouldn't be Raidon's strong suit, although I did play with the idea.

Then again, I don't really need to give an explanation why she's in Caltha or why she isn't. Since she's not a key figure, she'll just be where we need her to be.
