No. I'm not really getting much out of him lately...

I'm not sure what you mean by time-wise. I was thinking that we'd start with Rise doing a concert and having a Red Cape attack while she's on-stage. I think that would be an exciting way to kick-start that part and get her, James, and James sister into things. Even Darcy, I suppose, since he'd be there as her manager.

On the other side, we'd have Alina and Co. dealing with the rising Anti-Strain sentiments and the legislation that would make all strains illegal. In the face of the Red Cape attacks, the push becomes much stronger. Alina is going to want Kokonoe to investigate it, and she might then try to contact Rise's side of things to do some off-the-radar tracking.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant to ask how much longer do you think we'll need with the planning before we can start? Though of course I realize, if it's just the two of us, there's not much point.

btw, Illya, about Rise... she still has her magic, right? Wouldn't that force her into the military eventually or would Alina make an exception for her?

Yes, she did. I guess that's a good point. I kind of assumed they'd be given an exception, though maybe that would add more fuel to the CSR's fire.
