So far Mega Ultra Chicken has screwed two duelists who should have won. Orion stops his attack against Joey directly with Mystical Beast Serket to summon the fake Ra and was hit with lightning for a K.O.  Mai sacrificed her three Harpies she could have attacked with directly to win, but couldn't chant the script.

I like how they think they need to go with the biggest monster to win.

Considering how you aren't even allowed to special summon ra in actual duel monsters.... :x

Oh wait she took it with that one amazoness right, I thought she like reborned it.

Nope. And you can still Monster Reborn it, but it goes back at the end of the turn.

Geez, Marik and Mai's shadow duel was pretty dark..

Odion and Mai should have been finalists. Ishizu as well. Kaiba's win was a fluke as well.

Ya, I see all these likable characters, and them I'm like "These guys are cool and do quite well, why aren't they winning more D:<"

They just make people with the most focus win :x

I mean, I can understand them losing, but sometimes it just feels like they get such an edge and then the people just kick them off a cliff without notice. I don't remember too much from the show, so I might be going a little too far though... :0

I know. Yugi understandably got the most focus, but Kaiba and Joey could have shared their screentime..

Kaiba had a good bit when they were explaining why Noah kidnapped them all and how Kaiba corp came to be. : o

Joey could have used the screentime more in my opinion

Personally, I would have liked to see more of Mai. I liked the Ishtars a lot as well, especially Ishizu.

It's time for Bakura vs Yami Marik.

Ya, in a character sense I wanted to see more of them. Tea had the fairy deck I loved though

I heard that most of the scenes with Mai nearly took up the budget for that scene. Her over sized breasts took that long to animate. :O

Yugioh needs to go back to darker stuff. Like maybe a dystopian society where the bad guys already won and brought the earth into the shadow realm. And any opposition is subjected to horrifying shadow games.

Well they kinda did do that with the bonds beyond time movie, at one point in the future Card Games ruined the world. :O

It would be cool. :0 I enjoyed GX, but it was a little too much on the light side. And Zexal.. oh dear lord.

Zexal had some dark moments, like why the light hunter guy is working for evil is because his sister is kidnapped Kohaku in Inuyahsa
