Sunlight is concaved into the palm of the caster's hand, growing white hot as it reflects inward upon itself, completely eliminating any hints of darkness within it. Once released from this state, it sears forward in a beam that rivals the heat of the sun itself. Anything along its path for the full length of 50 meters is vaporized instantly.

Dark Garden

Speed: Four Verse
Chant: Sown in dark of darkest night.
Now they grow, piercing the light.
Seeds of shadow, now take root.

All shadows within a 10 meter radius of the spell's target twist inward like a tangle of thorns. Anything other than the target passes through the shadows as if they weren't there, but to the target, they are completely solid.

Sound pretty cool. :0 Although, the first one sounds like it could be abused quite a bit.

I'll probably make about 2 more spells for him, but I like where it went.

I'm kinda concerned that his only real offensive spell is so destructive, but it was the only way I could really use light as a weapon. x.x

Bear in mind that his spells are a lot more reliant on the environment though.
He wouldn't be able to use Balefire at night.

Glimmer Shroud would also be limited at night, since there's no electricity in this day and age. And Dark Garden relies on there being objects nearby to produce shadows.

You could make a less destructive version with fewer lines so it can be cast more effectively.

Good point. He'd be screwed by Assassin's Noble Phantasm.

You can look at some of Annabelle' spells from Grail Games for inspiration.

Supernatural tonight.

my laptop keeps having its display driver crash and restart, randomly... but when watching a video, it does it much too often. So that's a no no for online streaming as it eventually crashes the browser too :/

Will have to download and watch it offline.. at least that way I can seek back without any buffering issues as the video picture freezes while the audio keeps running, during the crashes


Nvidia keeps sending driver updates occasionally but it doesn't seem to fix my display driver issue.


So did you check the pictures in the DRO OOC thread? like any of them? I thought the one with the girl wielding the sword and some "mystic codes" on her right arm was quite applicable for Fate/Arcana : D
