Essentially it's Romeo and Juliet if they initially had siblings that were the focus of the other's attention except not really siblings so yeah.
 
Essential the main guy is scary in looks but not in personality. The girl is tsundere to the max (and yet I still suggest this to you after expressing my distaste for the kind.) Essentially the guy wants the girl's friend and the girl wants the guy's friend. So they work together trying to set each other up.
 
It's... really just too much to describe. Just watch the first episode as a personal favor to me, and if you don't like it I will write up ANY Meira situation you want.
 
You want to see how Meira would be as a fireman? SURE.
Meira as generic evil crime boss with a kitty to pet? SURE.
I can guarantee at least 1000 words even.

They have practically every episode in english subs except the first one on youtube
