i'm trying to understand what you people are talking about :V

But since people are presumably going to use the sets for their own characters, why would you make a set for someone else's?

because i like the look of the character?

plus maybe someone makes a Lancer set, that i like so much that i want to wear it
or maybe the person rping Archer doesn't want to participate, but someone else who isn't participating at all wants to make a set of Archer...

i think that way you can include those who aren't part of the rp. and people like to have choices, especially when you ask for creativity, in my experience they don't like it if too many things are predetermined

But then what if no one makes a set for a certain character? Then someone gets left out. If people are responsible for making sets for their own character, then if someone gets left out it's their own fault.

Well, I guess I can ask what people think first.

look at the participation rate for the last gfx contest....
do you really think you will get everyone participating in the grail games into making their own set? no matter which way we go about it, you will never ever get a set for each character or from everyone participating.

i have also made the experience that if you give people responsibilities, they try to dodge them. gfx is supposed to be fun, not a chore and for some people less knowledgeable about it, entering a set might not even be an option

but i can see that's not what you want to do, so i'm gonna shut up now, because there is no sense in explaining it any further if your mind is already set

Well, that's true. But since it's for themselves as well, they might be encouraged to try. If not to win the contest, then just to get themselves a set. Well, if I can get the thread up later, I'll try asking people what they think. :0

just because you don't tell them to make a set for their own character, doesn't mean they can't think of that themselves lol you could add it as a suggestion

Well, it does make sense, in a way. But yeah, I'll see if I can't get a thread up later. I think I'll want to settle the skin change first though.

Yeah, it was quite a doozy. Action scenes take me more time than normal scenes cause I have to actually picture the scene happening in my head before I can write it down.

Well, are you going to control Caster's Master for now or are you going to have me do it? Cause I was going to open the IC for everyone to do an introductory post for their characters receiving the summons to Germany for the Grail Games.

you do it. just have him panic once he summons Caster is all I want of him.
