Genesis Crisis OOC XI

If it's anything like my Communication class, you should like it. Although, you'd better not be shy about public speaking. Physics... ugh. My textbook was "University Physics" so it might actually be the same thing. I had to take Physics I-III, which was pretty terrible. The first level is things like projectiles in motion and trajectories and such. I got a B+ in that. :/ Oddly enough, I fared better in the latter two lol. The second one was electricity and magnetism, which I got an A+ in. For some reason, I'm really good at calculating current and resistence and such, especially in the diagrams they make for circuits. Physics III is astrophysics, and I managed to get an A- in that. It was brutal.

Calculus was one of my favorite classes. I had to take I-IV, among others. I think Calc I was one of my favorites, since I really like differentials.

You really, really should try watching it.

I'm pretty shy in real life, but I'm good at public speaking once I shut up my nerves so I should be fine. Will probably stress me the hell out though. But ya, I think I'll like it too if I can get past that, the most stressing classes (socially) are the ones I usually like

I'm pretty bad at physics, so I'm going to have to study for that a good bit. Though, I'm feeling pretty confident this semester, so I'm sure I'll do fine...

Ya, differentials are fun to work with, I should be fine as long as I get some group work or help because I tend to get stuck pretty easily with those problems over such stupid and simple things.

I know, it'll be something interesting to talk about for a good while for sure. My family has xfinity or whatever, so there might be some episodes I could watch for free on that... maybe?

Yeah, public speaking usually gets me nervous. But I actually really got the hang of it with that class. I actually rather enjoyed preparing the speeches and the powerpoints to go with them.

Yeah, physics is quite rough. Make sure to practice lots of problems for the exams. It's good to have a grasp on the material, but if your physics is anything like mine, the whole exam is just calculation problems.

Making it can be fun for sure, but I always think what it would sound like when I read it out loud all the time >.>

Right, my discrete math teacher sort of nailed the practice problems thing in my head, so that's kind of a given for me at that point :p.  It probably depends on the professor though.

Exactly. They were actually pleased about it.

That's actually a good thing that they were, getting all mad about it tends to hurt profits while being happy gets people to respect the company and buy their products :p

More companies need to realize this for sure, especially some big video game ones..

indeed, i wonder what people could come up with. and maybe more people will be motivated to participate. do you still know the names of the characters you used when you picked the pictures? that would be helpful in searching for more pictures...

i don't know if i would restrict it to that. there has to be some kind of choice people can make. they're less likely to take part if you make them make a set for their own character... for some characters the picture quality might be kinda bad or maybe they like a particular character design better than their own.
plus i don't think it would be too bad if we had several entries featuring the same character....

at least lol
