its Sieg with either Jeanne or Astolfo, not Jeanne with one of them

Jeanne is with Seig cause Seig's particular condition(being a servant/homuncolus combined)

Seig is with Astolfo cause Astolfo lost his/her master and since Astolfo saved the homuncolus before, Seig made a contract with Astolfo to save him/her

I don't see what that has to do with anything.

Well, that makes sense that they're together physically, but not why they'd put them in a relationship.

its only a love triangle because Jeanne sees Astolfo as competition because He/She sticks close to Sieg.

Dont give Jeanne to much credit, she already believes that Sieg has plans to impregnate her...

probably to shatter the way we look at them as say "hey guys, a saint is human being and has feelings too!" or something like that

all Sieg did was ask the fan question of "Can Shirou and Saber have babies"

you have to blame jeanne for that one, Sieg just asked in Servants can have offspring,with the answer being that no kids for spiritual bodies.

basically Jeanne right now has feelings for Seig, while Seig is oblivious to that.

Seig saw a couple with children and asked if Servants could have children. To which Jeanne answered that it was impossible while they possessed spiritual bodies.

Then Seig asked if Servant with physical bodies could(which so happen to be Seig and Jeanne) to which Jeanne answered yes and and asked "Is it......that Sieg wants to impregnate me?"

Why is Jeanne hanging out with Sieg anyway?

Cause Seig is a runaway and Jeanne needs help to deal with Shirou
