netflix has been buying a lot of animes recently. but it's not working well for them cause again, nobody wants to pay to wait 3 months for something they can get weekly without paying. just last season a bunch of good animes were bought by them, and nobody cared cause nobody got time for that. >.>

Hmm, interesting. They're trying to break into anime. Unfortunately, it is a different type of viewer base than live-action tv, so they'll need to adapt accordingly.

it works with live action tv, because it mostly all comes from america, so until they release it, nobody has access to them. But buying **** from other countries doesnt work like that, obviously those countries will release it giving the series to the public and thus people have access to it.

meh whatever, at least UTW returned from the dead to save fate from horrible fansubs

Yeah, exactly. They'd be better off buying rights and doing original animes, like this Castlevania one.

its a subbing group from way back, UTW stands for Unlimited Translation Works. You can probably guess where their name came from

anyway, as you can guess they were the undisputed fansubs for fate series for a good time, and then in 2015 they stopped which was around the time crushiroll(an official anime stream site) was getting big. And last week out of nowhere after 2 years of no activity they released FA first ep subbed : o

Not really. People make sweeping statements like that, but there are plenty of dubs with good VAs. Yu Yu Hakusho has a good voice cast.

Eh. Sometimes Japanese VAs can sound a bit overly dramatic.

yeah, cause with half the **** that happen in anime you would totally not be dramatic or have a heart attack

Obviously lol, but even in relatively calm moments they can be over the top with some of their reactions.
