Eragon's eyes widened as N's Elemental Beam effortlessly destroyed the Training Rock that Arthur and he were having trouble with 


Banging his right fist onto his left palm "Ah Snap!! Why didn't I think about this at the very start." GR3Ett exclaimed in surprise.


Pointing his finger towards N and with a bit of a scowl, "Why? You should have shown us an example like the one you just did, before instructing us to do something out of the blue." He said in a nonirritating manner, a bit joyfully too, cause it was something so basic that they should have been able to grasp quite easily in the first place. He was laughing at himself, more so than at her. "It should have made things go a lot quicker." he sighed but soon straightened himself up.



With renewed vigor, GR3Ett flexed his shoulders and readied to blast off his elemental energy attack.


Pointing his left-hand towards the heavens, GR3Ett concentrated in accumulating a decent amount of energy from within himself. Remembering back on all the attacks he had fired off from the start; for this one, he pictured a pure, concentrated form of energy that upon release would travel onto its path and detonate an object by feeding itself into it. It may not be a stream of energy like Lady-N's elemental attack, but a condensed energy attack that would have only one purpose of gathering the user's energy into itself and then seeping into or enveloping the target to ultimately expel all the stored energy. Similar to a bomb with a trigger fuse embedded inside.


The attack, its concept, its execution; it simply couldn't be any more basic than this. Not a large directed beam or a shock-wave, but a condensed force of energy in the shape of the same Rock that GR3Ett would fire off towards, once their instructor was to re-summon it.

"Let's do this!!. One Last Time!!" "ELEMENT FORCE!!" Eragon would shout as he would fire off his attack... if they were to go through the whole Rock Shattering Trial again.

Arthur Graham

Arthur watched as N fully obliterated the rock he and his cohort had gone through great pains to punch a hole through. He wasn't really surprised, considering she could summon a rain of swords, and was the one that conjured that damnable rock to begin with.

"I'll have to agree with my, uh.... Colleague, here. You're obviously new to this whole 'teaching' thing." Arthur chimed in as the strange cyborg chastised N. Then he stared straight into her eyes. "You said this was... 'Just a test' of how much elemental whatever we could put out. In which case, do we have to do that again or no?"

N's Group

"One more try and if you guys fail here, I am going to wipe your memory and find new people to work with."

Said N, curled her lips. "And erasing your memory would erase your memory about your dragon and re-seal your magic as well."

And then here they were again, and this time without any warning or so, the giant rock was rolling down from the slope making huge noises.

With the reemergence of the Training Rock, GR3Ett let loose all the accumulated energy for his final attack.

"Let's do this!!. One Last Time!!" "ELEMENT FORCE!!" Eragon let rip the giant Energized Elemental Sphere, hoping that The Rock would finally Shatter away.

DRO Group

[OOC: Apparently, I planned out my post so well in my head that I actually thought I'd posted it. o_o]

Ashley and Samir hovered near Leon, listening to his conversation with Andrew.

"We're going to face the thing that are the guardian?" Ashley said, biting her lip. "That doesn't sound good."

"I'm starting to think this doesn't sound like a good idea..." Samir murmured. "Maybe we should... rethink this?"

Ashley shot him a reproachful look.

"We can't give up already," she said. "I mean, it can't be as bad as-"

Her words were interrupted by a trembling through the air. The dragons backed away as an enormous nine-headed dragon emerged before them in all its vicious might.

"Holy-" Ashley began.

"-crap," Samir groaned.

Andrew was calling them to action. Ocenyx and Zelenia got moving, ready for battle.

"Zel, let's keep it focused on us," Ashley said. "Samir, you can snipe with that bow, right? Try to head behind it and find a blind spot."

Samir nodded, patted Ocenyx's neck, and took off, dropping lower in the air to avoid notice. Ashley watched him go, then turned her attention to the dragon.

"Radiance!" she called, emitting a blinding flash of light from her palm at the nine heads. While they were distracted, she touched Zelenia's neck.

"Zel, hit it with your Celestial Ray," Ashley said, determined.

Arthur Graham

Arthur sighed as N made the damn boulder show up again.

"That's a yes then"

He mumbled under his breath, as he began gathering the strange force called "elemental energy" or whatever the mad woman called it. Rather than drawing a sword as usual, he pumped it all into a fist, until he couldn't gather any more, then charged at the boulder and gave it a nice, satisfying punch.

The moment his fist made contact with the boulder, he unleashed all the unbridled fury of the energy it contained straight into the boulder at the point of contact. This was all he had, so if this didn't blast it apart, nothing would.

N's Group

N's were curled by the action of Arthur; it looked like the kiddo did not understand what it means to "release". He would definitely die first, if he continue to fail to release the energy from his hand.

Besides, she couldn't understand his action while other guy perfectly released his energy as in sphere form to meet the boulder.

'Is he blind?' thought N.

As the action resolved the boulder that should have been just shattered by the sphere sent by Greett also created explosion sending Arthur back in full force to Greett.

The two males were rolling on the ground together.

N was there, her face little irritated. "You guys did okay, I guess. But try not to use your 'fist'. Try to send out the energy instead. Some monster you will fight would have their teeth ready and it will sallow your magic and yourself."

N sighed, snapped her fingers. All the injuries done by the sudden explosion of the giant boulder was gone.

"I guess you guys are ready. Before we go ahead, any questions?" She asked.

Picking himself up and then flexing and stretching his body, Eragon answered N's Question.


"Yeah, when do we do something Great and get famous for it? We have to make a name for ourselves. Get into the Hall of Fame and what not." Eragon chuckled a bit, "I wouldn't mind even getting a notoriety level. Huehuehue"


GR3Ett stared at his twitching fingers in anticipation. "I can't wait to learn and or try out new spells in this World of Dragons."

Arthur Graham

Arthur stretched a bit once all was said and done. He normally wouldn't just use his fist and would instead use a sword, but it sure as hell felt great punching a boulder to bits.

"I'll make a note of it." he replied cooly to N's warning.

"As for questions, do I get that second sword back?"

DRO Group


The light emitted from Ashley definitely distracted the nine headed dragon, giving the chance for Ocenyx and Samir to bypass their sight and get behind the heads.

The body of the nine headed dragons was exposed.

Zelenia fired her dragon's breath at the nine headed beast, and the monster was surprised how powerful her breath was.

The nine headed beast had began to screech in rage as Leon, Andrew and Diana attacked it with their dragon's breath.

Meanwhile, Shy'fei had spotted higher ground for Cifujis to set up his attack on the dragon. She whistled as she looked at how her comrades were pushing the nine headed beast. "Maybe we don't need to fight, they are already pushing the limit of the beast..." Shy'fei commented.

However, that was the moment she realized she had to pick up, Cifujis and get out from there.

the enraged beast fired its dragonic breath from its every head; the dragonic breath attack did not have look like it was targeting specific dragon, but it fired a breath that range was stupidly far and in wide angle; it fired its breath for long duration.

All the standing building that stood nearby the beast fall apart; there were no building that Cifujis could set up his turrets or attack the monster from far easily.

Other dragons had to dodge the attack from this beast for long time as it fired its beam like dragon breath for long distance and wide angle.

All the dragons were busy dealing with the powerful attack from the beast, but it looked like Ocenyx and Samir were in safe spot.

"Samir! Let's finish it with our powerful move!" Said Ocenyx, ready to gather his own dragonic breath. in his mouth to fire at the monster's body and burn it for good.

N's Group

"Soon, Andrew will contact us with his awaken power when the time is ready." Said N and she sighed with Arthur''s question. "You kidding? That was not a great weapon at all. How about give yourself a weapon by using your magic?" Said N, smiling and snapping her finger

The scene changed drastically, and she said loud and clear. "All the monsters here could only be defeated by your magic, including enchanted weapons... Survive as long as possible." Then she disappeared.

The moment she disappeared, there was a roar of the beast; there were like in the middle of the jungle of some sort.

Arthur Graham

N nonchalantly told them normal means and weapons were useless and snapped her fingers. Arthur had by now understood something bad was about to happen to him and his cohort whenever she snappen her fingers.

"AT LEAST TELL US HOW TO "GIVE" OURSELVES WEAPONS WITH MAGIC FIRST DAMMIT!" Arthur yelled at the top of his lungs, but N disappeared long before he could finish.

Arthur was brought back to reality- no, 'reality' wasn't appropriate to describe what was happening at the moment, he thought, but either way, he was brought back to his senses by the roar of a beast. His first instinct was to find cover. That damned N had already told them normal means wouldn't work on whatever they would encounter in this crazy place, and he wasn't too keen on finding out first hand.

Instead, he decided to try his best not to run into one of those... Things, until he learned exactly how to properly use this 'magic' in a way he could be comfortable enough to be using while in combat. While still hidden, Arthur pulled out the last weapon he was left with; one of the two swords he'd picked up at the 'blade rain' stage.

He held it up in front of his face, blade tip pointed to the sky. Next, he began to force the 'elemental energy' they'd learned about in the previous 'boulder' stage into the sword. He'd previously tried this with the deformed bar when he used it as a makeshift javelin to try and smash the boulder. He was hoping this would grand the sword something like an enchantment, as the bar had begun sparking with electricity when he filled it with power.

He continued pumping energy into the sword until it, too, began to give off sparks. To find out if it would truly work on whatever enemies there were here, however, he'd need to test it out himself. Standing up from his hiding spot, Arthur strode out in search of an enemy, to test out his now plasma-charged sword. He only hoped it wouldn't explode or break. He didn't exactly have many other options...

N's group

Greett then suddenly realize that his magic did not do anything. It was like all he had been thinking of doing so far had been something he had done in his dream... Then he had just realized important fact; his elements are currently limited to his fire and healing elements.

In other words, there was no way that the earth element responded to him... Perhaps it was his wild imagination of all he did. Perhaps, he was hallucinating because of something?

On the other hand, Arthur learned that his sword cannot be enchanted as it breaks after few pumps of his magical energy to the sword.

Just luck, both trainees heard the sound of growling... Was it one? No, make it two.... No.... Make it three!

Four? Five?

They were getting closer and it seems they had two choices.... Run or Fight!

Location     The Pocket Dimension – Savage Lands  ~ Shroomed~

The sudden roars snapped Eragon to his senses... or did they. The twisting branches began swirling around in his vision. The green glow that he thought was nature magic was pulsing to the beat of his heart which he noticed was strangely racing more than normal. Eragon attempted to steady himself as his stomach lurched, abruptly jerking him forward. Placing his hand at the intersection of branch and trunk, turned out to be an ill decision, for the next thing he knew, Eragon had slipped on something slimy and began free-falling towards the ground.


"Yeaaaarrrr!!!" He shouted as his face came ever closer to the grassy foot of the tall tree he had climbed for safety from the beasts of the forest.

"I got to do something!!!" the mage shouted while placing both palms on top of each other to potentially break his fall but probably break his arms in the process.


Suddenly he remembered that this wasn't real life but a place where dreams could come true. He had almost become a pancake when the desperate energy flared up inside of him. He felt the energy transfer to his outstretched palms and then with a battle cry, he let it go.

"Ustrina Impetus !!"

A tower of blazing hot flame erupted out from his hands and bombarded the ground. The flamethrower broke the arsonist's fall, pushing him to slam against the tree bark behind him and slid down safely towards the ground. The short but destructive fire blast had done two things. It saved Eragon from falling down onto the ground with a splat and the next, scorched the ground so badly that it had let to starting a forest fire.

The moss near the trees was burnt to a crisp but the trees in front of Eragon were all lit and the interlaced branches were quickly spreading the fire to adjacent trees and shrubberies.


"Errr...." Eragon glanced towards his companion who wasn't too far from where he was standing. "I think, we better scram!!" He shouted at him while pointing his thumb towards the other side of the fire.

Without waiting for anything more, Eragon turned heel and ran in the opposite direction of the wall of fire.


Midway of his dash, Eragon held out his left palm that had made contact with the slime on the tree trunk. Some remnant was left behind. Most of the Green goo was burnt away upon his fire attack but was remained in between his fingers, Eragon sniffed at it. The aroma felt familiar. It was the same scent he had come across during his meditation. Thinking back, he pondered if he really had managed to control the trees or it was just an aftereffect of something that he thought he was eating only in his mind but instead had really plucked some unknown object off from the tree branch and consumed it. Maybe the aroma that was present at the top height of the trees had something to do with his stomach giving out on him. Come to think of it, the tree trunk was covered in patches of green moss that he had grabbed onto while clambering up to his safe spot in hurry.


"Heh, that's what you get from living in an unsanitary condition in an unknown land." Eragon chuckled to himself, realizing that he might have gotten food poisoning or gotten high on some hallucinogenic spores from some moss or algae that he had disturbed. Nonetheless, he seemed to be fine now. That might have been due to the fire burning away at any foreign substance when it blasted from out from inside his body or... maybe his Healing Magic kicked in and did its... magic.


Eragon thought himself a bit lucky and made a mental note of taking better notice of his surroundings. Speaking of which, he had no idea how far he had run and where his legs had brought him. He took a quick glance behind to see if his companion was still with him or he had somehow left him behind.

DRO Group

All the other dragons scattered for cover when the monster unleashed its attack. Samir's eyes went to Ashley and Zelenia first to make sure they had made it safely away before he realized Ocenyx was talking to him.

"Samir! Let's finish it with our powerful move!" Said Ocenyx, ready to gather his own dragonic breath. in his mouth to fire at the monster's body and burn it for good.

"Go on, Nyx. Take him down!" he said, readying an arrow with his bow. He channeled the power of darkness into the arrow, encasing it in shimmering shadow.

"Fell Arrow!" Samir called, unleashing it. It burst through the air, streaming directly toward the monster's head.

Arthur Graham

Just as Arthur walked out, his sword broke. To make matters worse, feral roars could suddenly be heard, and his cohort managed to make a bloody forest fire on top of it. In his frustration at the sudden string of bad luck, Arthur unconsciously held on to the magic power he'd pumped into the sword before it dissipated and 'flung' it, broken shard and all, at the place where he heard the roars, which also meant he flung it right at Eragon's forest fire, crackling with electricity all the while.

Whether the two magics would synergise or not was something Arthur wouldn't find out, as he then proceeded to chase behind Eragon right after firing his magic. He was not unarmed, and obviously his attempt at enchantment was a failure. He wasnt too keen on getting torn apart by whatever made those roars.

As he ran, Arthur's mind went into a sort of overdrive, his focus entirely shifted to an epiphany he'd had as he fired his last attack. Managing not to lose his way by closely following Eragon, Arthur had realised that whatever his element was, it enabled him to manipulate what appeared to be the wind, and lightning. Perhaps he was running a bit late in this realisation, as his compatriot seemed to have long since realised his own elemental abilities, but Arthur's head was too busy formulating ways he could use these newly-realised abilities to keep himself a Eragon from becoming moster-chow.

N's Group

It looked like monsters have stopped their pursuit. However, now they could feel the earth shaking.

With the sound of something big stomping everything on its path.

It was heading to their way.

DRO Group

All the nine heads screeched in pain as Samir's dark arrow and his partner's dragon breathe hit its exposed back.

The chaos element from Samir's arrows went deeply inside to its body spreading it across each head, exploding each of them into pieces.

The creature made its fall and soon fall to the endless pit.

With the creature gone, the dragon riders could see the shining light inside the pit that looked like endless pit.

Leon looked Ashley's direction, "It's all you now. Your dragon and you are the only one who could get close to the spell. Everyone else would get lost... Follow the light."

Zel, ready herself to dive to the light. "You ready, Ashley?" She asked her partner, for her to give a go.

But before Ashley could say anything, and before anyone could chip in, enormous portal was opened from the sky.

The armies of dragons with a riders with ill intent showed up; how many were they? It was hard to tell.

"Talk about timing." Said Andrew, readying his sword and magic. "We will held them off! Come back with the scroll!" and charged at the enemies. Diana just gave a nod to Ashley, it was obvious that she was nervous, but she charged in with her guns blazing.

Leon sighed, but smiled. "Well, you know we are not going down easily. Do your best to get the scroll, Ashley." And went to support them.

Shy'fei and Ocenyx waited for their riders to give it a go as well to support the others.

Arthur Graham

As he kept thinking, Arthur slowly and continuously gathered energy in his hards. After a while of running, he noticed that the myriad of roars had given way to deathly silence. This made him pop back into reality, as silence was usually a bad thing in a forest full of god-knows-what-kind of monstrous creatures.

His vigilance was soon proved right, as the earth began to tremble, and deafening footsteps that put the roars to shame began to sound. What was worse? It seemed to be headed their way. They themselves were also running headlong in it's direction, so Arthur doubted they could outrun it anymore by simply turning tail, and eluding it couldnt possible be easy.

He didnt know what his cohort would decide to do, but Arthur stopped running so conspicuously at the presumably gigantic beast, and instead decided to blend into the surroundings and approach inconspicuously. Once he had sight of it, he would immediately fire the charged magic in his hands in the form of lightning bolts directly at its eyes. The unsuspecting creature should be hard-pressed to dodge a 'bolt from the blue' due to the speed and element of surprise. Even if it didnt end up doing much damage, it should at least blind the beast, if only temporarily. The best outcome would be its eyes being completely fried, but not knowing its nature, Arthur wouldnt bet on that.

Once it was blinded, Arthur could then decide whether to run and hide, or step up and try to fight the thing. He was fully prepared for either action depending on how the situation changes.

Location     The Pocket Dimension – Savage Lands  ~ Big Foot~

When the Earth grumbled, Eragon took a face full of dirt.

"Urrgh~" he groaned while pushing himself up from the ground. "What now?"

Looking about, the clumsy individual noticed his compatriot slinking into the shadows... or simply behind some thick tree trunks.

Following suit, Eragon too hid on the other side of the clearing and prepared to assess the situation for encounter with the creature with the heavy steps.

N's Group

A giant reptile foot came to the sight; the size of the feet was humongous and the size indicated that what two are facing isn't going to be something they could kill or just reach its weakness by normal means.

They could try to see its face, but it looks like the height of that monster was not something they could comprehend by just looking up.

The shadow of the monster was already a good indicator of its height and size.

The sound of growling was there and it started to sniff the air.

It looked like it was trying to find something. What was it trying to find?.....

Them?

Ashley stared into the light, swallowing as she realized that the others were all depending completely on her.

A portal opened from the sky, and more enemies appeared. Ashley turned away from the light, worried for the others, but they were already charging off into battle. Samir flew up beside her on Ocenyx and nodded.

"Umm, be careful, okay?"

"You be careful," Ashley said, smiling. Samir turned away quickly to hide his face and urged Ocenyx into battle. Ashley watched them go, then turned back to face the light.

"Okay, Zel," she said quietly, stroking her dragon's neck. "Let's do it."

Arthur Graham

Arthur gave up any plans of trying to strike the beast upon seeing the absolutely ludicrous size of the thing. Instead, quickly noting that it seemed to be sniffing for something, Arthur quickly flopped to the ground behind his hiding spot, one of the large trees that littered the forest, and then smeared dirt and bits of juices from some of the tree's leaves he'd grabbed before he dropped prone to the ground. By covering himself from head to toe, he figured he'd be able to mask his scent, as he'd smell no different from the rest of the forest.

Next, he proceeded to carefully and quietly make his way away from good ol' godzilla. The further he could get from it, he thought, the higher the chances of him not getting stepped on or eaten.

Location     The Pocket Dimension – Savage Lands  ~ Monster Patrol~



Eragon let out a huge sigh when the giant creature finally made its appearance.


"Urrgh~" he groaned again. "This is going to be quite the ride?"

Eragon climbed the closest tree to the reptile's foot and then nodding to himself, confirming that this would probably be a bad idea, the dare-devil took a running leap. Just like those professional athletes that one saw in the media, Eragon flew into the air. It started out great but midway, the thrill seeker was flapping his arms like a drowning person as he crashed face first onto the Ginormous reptilian foot.

Quickly clambering up towards the ankle, Eragon, didn't waste time to dig his hands into the reptilian skin, as to hold himself steady when the creature would eventually start moving.


"Phew!" He sighed in relief. "That wasn't too bad." Eragon looked about in front of him. "Now, I just need to hold on and continue onward with the Police escort that no one would dare get in it's path."
