Holy crap. HOL-Y CRAAAAAP! Joffrey is DEAAAAAD! This is the happiest day ever! I don't believe the former knight/current fool has any intentions to woo Sansa. He's a decent guy. I think he just knows if they go after Tyrion that Sansa is as good as dead too. You guys do realize who had the most to gain from this, right? Margaery just became queen, and now the king is dead and out of the way. The Tyrells just bumped the Lannisters out of the way in position of power. Of course, with Tywin as Hand, they still have to be careful, but the playing field is definitely more even.

| Indeed. But if it ends up getting Tyrion killed, it would be a shame. - Spoiler:
Margaery doesn't seem to have much luck with husbands. First Renly, then Joffrey. Both get killed off like right after she marries them. If you didn't know any better, you'd think she was a black widow.

Good episode this week. :O
So, the fact that Baelish already knew that Joffrey was dead right after it happened, had a ship ready, and had a man already hired to take Sansa when it happened - is waaaay beyond suspicious. If he really is responsible, then I'll go from loving him to being in love with him.
Davos Seaworthy is such a sweet guy. Stannis, stop being such a meanie to him. >:/
I can't help but like Tywin. He can be a **** sometimes to Tyrion, but he's a very smart and capable man. I really like the scene with him and his grandson talking about what makes a good king.
The scene with Jaime and Cersei was.... beyond messed up. I never thought I'd feel bad for her. Like, wtf Jaime? Your son's corpse is laying right there.
Obyrn Tyrell's allegiance switch was quite unexpected. Should be interesting to see what comes out of that.
Arya's acting was really good in her scenes. And I felt so bad for that poor guy and his little girl, getting mugged after taking them in for the night. :/
Let's see... was there anything else before I get to the best?
Well, Dany's part was insanely good. The champion battle was swift but excellent, and her speech was fantastic, especially with the demonstration of the chains catapulted into the city.

| Not enough discussion going on here - Spoiler:
Well Jaime is back on my good side. The rape scene was like really effed up but this episode was more like redemption. Margarie is so beautiful and her sneaky side is just charming. Little Tommen is going to be happy soon ;D Danerys talk about no mercy. She actually had them crucified. No mercy lol. Two eps no dragons . Bran is in deep **** now. Both wolves captured and his whole group. Hopefully Jon is on his way. Cant wait to see them reunite m.m Little Finger's obvious motive is revenge for his dead love; Katelyn Stark. Itll probably be a while till he tells Sansa. Shes kinda witty though :O

| Wooh, awesome episode. :O - Spoiler:
Seems like Jaime is back to normal this week. Seriously, that rape thing was so weird and out of character for him. Now he's back to normal like it never happened. Margaery is wonderful at playing people. Beautiful, charming, and so very nice. I think she would make a good queen, even if I am Team Dany. I think Tommen would be a decent king, and he'd treat Margaery right. The scene between them was pretty cute, I think. Also, I KNEW that Olenna Tyrell had something to do with it. I knew Baelish was the mastermind, but he obviously couldn't have done it himself. I suspected the Tyrells' involvement. The father is too airheaded, and Margaery wouldn't have done it with the risk to her position. It could only have been Olenna, who would be the most awesome grandma ever, btw. Speaking of Baelish, is it sort of weird that I would totally marry him? He's scary dangerous, but somehow devilishly appealing. I love smooth, evil masterminds. And the purr of an accent of his doesn't hurt. And while I'm sure he was none too happy about Catelyn's death, I don't believe it's revenge. It's all to sit his suave bottom on that Iron Throne. Also, on a side note, Sansa was surprisingly sassy in this episode. Nice to see her getting a little spunk, even if you could tell she was pretty scared. Bran is in big trouble now, though I expect Jon Snow's march to Craster's will time nicely. Perhaps, however, not before someone gets killed off. Poor Hodor. They were so mean to him. And last, but never least, my girl Dany. That was pretty cold of her, though I can see her point. And may I just say, that shot of her with the Targaeryn banner behind her at the top of the tower was so awesome. Then the crowning moment, THE WHITE WALKERS! That was so very chilling (pun not intended). I can't wait to see more of them. It's cool to see that they're not a mindless zombie horde, which makes them even more terrifying than before.

| - Spoiler:
I knew that the white walkers had some form of leadership. It just seemed too random that they were appeased by Crastor's sacrifices. A mindless horde would have mowed them down long ago if not for leadership and some sentient thought. Not to mention Mance's army would be fighting
If you go back and watch the second episode you can actually see the necklace missing a jewel after Olenna visits Sansa at the table, after that scene you can't see the jewel after that because the braid covers it.
I was really glad Jamie was his old self this week, l honestly love the brother relationship Jamie and Tyrion have.
I am really wondering how Bran and the gang will get out of this mess. :O

Agreed. :0 It seems they were content with Craster's sacrifices since it made things easier for them to start amassing an army (though I wonder what White Walker babies can do).
Ahh yes, when she mentions what a tragedy the Red Wedding was and how people aren't going to want to wed anymore with all these wedding tragedies. I thought that was rather telling after the fact.
I am too. Jaime's come a long way, I think, and that scene just seemed to ruin all that. But he seems perfectly normal again, which is good. Even more than Jaime and Tyrion's relationship, I really like Jaime and Breanne's. Their parting scene was very touching. It's cool that Podric is going to go with her too.
Well, I'm pretty sure Jon Snow will come to the rescue. :0 Though the Starks seem doomed to not reunite, so I have to imagine they won't actually meet up, but instead use the distraction to slip off.
Speaking of which, Arya and Sansa should both be heading to the Vale at this point. No doubt something will divert Arya off that path though.

| Great episode this week. :0 Not that that's surprising. - Spoiler:
Margaery and Cersei actually had a nice moment together, although I think the whole "do I call you mom or sis?" issue is still a bit of a sore spot. Cersei's moment with Oberyn about her daughter was actually pretty sad. You can see her trying to stack the votes in her favor for Tyrion's trial though. I have to wonder if he can just try to pull another trial by combat this time around, or if that somehow doesn't apply to cases of regicide. Hmm... Along that line, Podric and Breanne work just as well together as Jamie and Breanne did, though on a different level. I look forward to seeing more from them - the grouchy man-woman knight and her bumbling squire. Sansa's latest episode was quite disturbing. Apparently Baelish's scheming goes back even farther than expected - I mean holy crap, he was already married to Lysa, and she was the one who poisoned John Aryn, not Jamie and Cersei? Wow. And Lysa's boast about screaming so loud they could hear across the sea was no idle threat... Either Littlefinger isn't so little, or Lysa's just a tad bit too enthusiastic. Poor Sansa. You can't unhear that. And then her aunt's psycho moment at dinner was just the icing on top. It's like she's hearded from one psychopath to another. And I suspect that once Sansa is newly widowed - poor Tyrion, but I don't have much hope for him - that Baelish will send Lysa's batty ass out the Moon Door, and her creepy breast-fed son after her, before trying to marry Sansa. Speaking of victimized females, it was nice to see the women of Craster's Keep get the last say, and I was relieved Meera Reed escaped her threatened rape, and that Team Bran escaped once more. I actually felt a little sorry for Locke getting his neck snapped Hodor-style. Alas, once again, the Starks are fated to come within feet of each other and never meet. Tis a shame. Speaking of Starks, Arya had some good scenes there. Her relationship with the Hound is so very interesting. I can't help but think they make a good duo. I want her to reunite with Gendry though. I hope he reappears soon. And last, but certainly not least, Dany sees that ruling is not so easy. Kind of disappointing how fast her liberation is falling through. :/ But maybe it would be good if Dany just ended up ruling all the Free Lands and leaving Westeros to Tommen. He seems like a decent kid, and I'd hate to see him killed. Also, is it just me, or is Jorah looking particularly old? I still ship him with Dany though lol.

| That's not true. :/ His trial was amazing, and he had some very touching scenes this episode. Also, Petyr Baelish kissed Sansa. It's sort of creepy, and yet I ship it so hard. And then... - Spoiler:
He made Lysa flyyyyy. I've been predicting that since they first showed up in the Eyrie.

| Finale has been out for some days now. Haven't watched it yet. I was really hyped when the short man wasn't getting any champions but then he finally got one :/ (though considering everything, some one was bound do it for him) I was hoping to see a fight between the mountain and the midget. Maybe it would have been.. biblical :'D Anyhow, for some reason; maybe its because I like the supernatural element of the show; I want J.Snow to form some kind of alliance with the ones that the White walker presented the baby to. What kind of alliance and for what purpose? Meh. I don't care about that. As long as they both, together get some major screen time.. I'm cool with that. (Possibly a fight between them and the Dragons. Which I presume would be a defining factor as Dragon Glass is currently the weapon of choice against the White Walkers - Spoiler:
(and if those horned ones are also some similar species or original beings who created the White Walkers)
Maybe I should go about trying to read the books to spoil my fun :\ | |
