instead of being interested they would dismiss the case. Humanoid Familiars are not unheard off, but they are looked down upon. Reason being that there's no point in having a humanoid familiar since it would be weaker than it's creator. So they would ignore Calisa as an idiot that didn't know what she was doing.

Calisa and Lilith on the other hand would never have their secret spill out(until something made it spill out). Lilith although weaker than Calisa, would still be able to use her Noble Phantasm Malkira so as to remain useful to the story

Well, of course those two would know better than to blab about it. But it would be more interesting if it got out somehow, maybe through a spy. Even if Caster wasn't at her peak, the fact that she was a heroic spirit, to say nothing of her Noble Phantasm, would make her worth studying.

Makes sense. The Bartomelois would be the disc one bosses to set up the true conflict with Mailastaire.

the Mailastaire on the other hand would want them as test subjects for their machinations

Maybe have a Trampoline magus trying to be her ally and woo her, only to turn out to be a Mailastaire spy.

i don't think it needs to go that far. Magus are extremely crafted and word would quickly fly through everyone.

put it simple, you would not need to go that deep to try and make it seem realistic since it's the Association

also, I know that Calisa is not my character so I might be wrong. From what I remember it wouldn't seem to me like looking for a partner would be a top priority for her.

there's also Lilith, who would likely get extremely jealous if Calisa suddenly started paying atention to a man

No, but getting Trampoline's support could go a long way toward keeping her head and neck in close proximity.
