I've never known you to be at a loss for words.

Not really. We have three rps going on, so we're doing all right. We're small but consistent. Better than having a bunch of people who can't get anything done.

I've not had anything major since Grail Games though. Having smaller scale stuff has made it more manageable, as I'm attempting to write a book series and get published.

oh yeah, how's that working out for you? My english teacher says that editors are the writers worst nightmare. :0

Depends. I haven't gotten to the editor stage, but I'm not too worried. My grammar and sentence structuring has always beengood, and I've read tons of material on improving your writing style to the point where I can see big changes from my first draft.

yeah, but that's not the only thing that editors do, they also cut alot of content for the sake of shortening stories.

Well, that won't be an issue. I'll probably end up between 50 and 60k words for book 1, which is around the minimum people say to go for. I'm at about 45k now.

well, so long as you're confident. Just don't be surprised if an editor tells you to butcher the story.

Yeah, it's a tough industry. But I'll keep trying.

my major is Languages and Foreign Cultures. Basically it's major to make translators, teachers and a whole bunch of other jobs related with dealing with multiple cultures, like flight attendants.

Ah, I see. So, what career do you want to pursue then?

I want to be a teacher and go around europe teaching and learning languages

Yes I am a first year. But this is by third first year and I skipped one year. So I'm four years older to most other first years

so a mature student.

Oh okay. Well, that just means you're more mature than them lol.

well, that would depend on your definition of mature. But yes, I do feel more mature to most others.

Never teach in America unless it's at a university.
