Some Anime Forums have different Radio stations set up playing music for those who want to listen while browsing the site (though I don't remember if it keeps playing as you switch tabs.. Though theoretically it should)

Well, it would up to Payne, since I don't know coding. But I don't think it likely that we will.

there types that have an auto radio start upon website visit
and then there are those which only begin when you manually start them (either from a set location at the top of the webpage or by navigating to it via tabs-shortcuts (like the Home/Callendar/Logout/etc) on the root page and then it all depends on what radio-skin/player is being used. But most non-basic ones do have a volume control (with mute button)

Yeah, I've seen websites (usually official game sites or the like) that auto-start but have a mute button. I usually find them annoying.

Personally against it

if its free and wouldn't cost any unnecessary bandwidth and DMCA(or whatever that's called) issues and ofcourse the option of a manual start (cause an auto one will leech through a persons internet bandwidth really fast[also depending on the station used cause some use low filesize stream files while others use extra high-quality])

Then the issue arises of what music genre to use. (though that won't be an issue if you add most of the main ones like (Anime/J-K-POP/retro-neo-games/.... western-music? ) So if a variety is present and a manual start then I don't see anyone having a problem.
For one it'll make us a different site from all the other RP sites currently on the net

Well, personally I would only put game soundtracks on such a playlist.
