Well in this new statless RPG(Code Geass, which I highly recommend watching if you haven't already) on the other place I was put in a high position.

Very high really

The highest under the Imperial Family, which is the Emperor, princes, and princesses. <----- Those guys are mods and admins etc.

how does a code geass rp work? it's not like they left anything to work with after the conclusion
