Yep. As I said Raphael is my favorite, so this is one of my favorite duels. ^^ The other being his rematch to get the Pharaoh's soul after Little Yugi took his place.

One reason season 4 is my favorite is because it has the best overall characters in terms of motivations and developments. :0

I'm torn between season 4 and season 5 as being my favorite since season five has a limey as a main antagonist.

Season 5 is my second favorite. :0 Bakura really did a great job as antagonist in that season, and he did it all by himself too.

He really did come out to be a great villain. : o

Indeed. I was impressed. They hyped him up a lot, so I wasn't sure if he would live up to it. But he certainly did.

I like hands-on villains. :P

I thought they would never do anything with Bakura putting a piece of his soul in the puzzle way back when in season 2. I was proven wrong. : o

Indeed. The final boss that tends to just sit back behind waves of minions is usually somewhat boring to me (the exception being when said final boss has a spoiler identity).

Ah yes. I had totally forgotten about that until it came back out of nowhere.

Did you happen to notice, btw, that the Church agent mediating the Grail Games is Raphael? :P

Well I don't mind a laid back final boss so long as they were working hands on before to bask in their glory later. It reminds me of the Emperor from Final Fantasy II. : o

I mean they can be good. I definitely appreciate Emperor Palpatine, because although he wasn't hands-on like Maul or Vader, his brilliant scheming and machinations were more deadly than lightsabers.

I just find it more entertaining when the villain actively screws with the protagonists. :P

Well Palpatine did get hands on towards the end of his life, but he was really good at scheming especially anticipating the moves of the Jedi council. :0

He was an alright villain, although Kefka actively screwed with Terra in the FF game he was starred in. : o

Indeed. Even so, he still managed to kill quite a few Jedi and even put on a grand show against Yoda.

Even I've heard of Kekfa. He's pretty infamous. :0

Oh he was no slouch that's for sure. He held his own fairly well even after he was marred. :0

Kefka was insane to say the least. He's one of my most favorite villains from the FF series. : o

I know he's mentiioned as one of the best villains. He seems creepy enough.

He is honestly, although some like Sephiroth better. I enjoyed Kuja from a personality stand point although he was extremely fruity.

Final Fantasy X had a great twist at the end though so I would have to give my favorite villain to that. :0

Honestly, Sephiroth seems highly overrated.

What, the Sin/Jecht thing?

Yes, well that and Yevon really just breeds a cycle of Sin. :0

I only ever played part of the game at a friend's house once, so I don't know a whole lot about it.

Sorry to spoil it then, but yeah the whole religion is essentially just a large revolving door. :0
