No. I think it means that it will affect the inner ear, which is responsible for balance and orientation in the body. If that's effected, you can become dizzy, have vision issues and stumble about, or even get nauseated and vomit.

although I suppose deafness could be an issue as well.

i just wanted to be clear on what it means and how far the effect would go because every translation i could find told me that a ruptured ear drum means loss of hearing, which heals again within 2-3 months (of course that healing rate won't really affect anyone in a world with magic lol), though it did list everything you said as side effects as well

i think mainly i wanted to make you don't plan to permanently cause deafness to everyone in the rp >.>

by portable territory; I think something to the likeness of Reality Marbles/Matrix but not at the level of Grand Phantasms.... Or maybe that's exactly what he means, just that Magi are doing it, instead of Hero Spirits.

A territory is just a space a magus sets up as a workshop, like a room. So of course it can't be portable. You can set up more than one workshop in a different location if you like though.
