you could`ve just went back to using it and use the skip function whenever you already read a scene.

although i will admit, you will not get all of the scenes if you do it that way.



are you planing on letting Lilith learn any of her own skills?

Exactly. And I wanted to have them all.

Well, I definitely want Mana Surge. I'll probably either dump Mediarahan or Prayer since I don't necessarily need both. Megidolaon is good too, so I might get rid of Rakunda or Tarunda. One of them. Hell Fang seems like a nice move too... so we'll see.

i actually found rezz skills to be kinda useless in this game...mainly cuz you still need to summon the demon, meaning you could just summon a different one.


i just saw Archer save the kitten...and then continue to lecture the track girls on what being a hero of justice truly means.

Depends on the situation, particularly if you have anyone capable in the reserves to use. Having someone with Samarecarm in the main party is useful since you only have to spend one turn summoning them back. But when you have to summon someone with Samarecarm, then have them use it, then bring back the fallen person, it's a whole mess.

but even if you have someone with rezz in the party its still more turns to rezz and summon than to just summon someone else.

and i just used revival beads if i really felt the need to rezz in battle, had them by the million(mainly cuz i wanted the dead demon to gain the xp for some reason) the place i used samarecarm the most was Amala 5 against Metatron`s door...

i guess thats the difference in our playstyles, i generally only had 1 or 2 trash demons with me and everyone else was highly capable,while you just used the same 3 demons with maybe 1 to 3 decent reserves.

id say that if you didnt level Dante up, then dont bother,Metatron is strong against Phys and a Dante without Stinger isnt that great in that case... but then again provoke is one of his base skills and it could help...

id pick Holy wrath(although Soul Divide is better) over Radiance, but if i had a choice i`d use neither, Expel/Death skills are no good in my opinion.

Ummm.....

HELL YES. I trashed Metatron. Demi Fiend passed on his turn, then Raphael, Lilith, and Flauros were Bright Might-ing Metatron so I had four extra turns. Then I did Focus, Tarukaja, Rakunda, and Tarukaja. Once I maxed out my Tarukajas, I had Raphael do Debilitate and Flauros do Focus on his second turn. By the end, Flauros and Demi were dishing out like 1500 damage per round, and the other two close to 800.

I think Metatron only used Dekunda once, and that was the first time Lilith used Rakunda. My initial strategy was to -kaja and -nda so that if he negated one, I always had the other bonus while I tried to build up. But he pretty much never did.

congratulations, and yeah, bosses dont use dekunda that often in this one,but in Digital Devil Saga its like every boss has both dekunda and dekaja ready to use if you buff/debuff to high

i think the game got rebalanced when they added amala,if not it`d be way harder or need more grinding...

Yeah, Amala was definitely a good idea. It also provided some of the best music in the game by far.

Not providing Dante with Pierce... Not so good. I would rather have Raidou even without the addition of Pierce, though Dante does fit the game more.

Well, if I ever do face Lucifer...

I think it will be easier to do the Pierce maneuvering on a New Game+ though with compendium costs down.

my MC is the only one who attacked Lucifer, the rest were to busy buffing and debuffing and healing,though maybe they snook in an attack or two
