Well, the summary isn't necessarily the interesting part. It sounds very straightforward, but what the factions are and represent and the world in which they operate can turn something pretty vanilla into something engaging.

They're okay once you get used to them. But the interview process and the first week or two (especially the first day, oh god) are pretty awful.
