Well Berserker and pretty much any servant except maybe Caster would realize it'd be MUCH better than them if they stay with Meira.

In this war, I think the only Servants that would willing stay with their Masters without a link are Lancer and Archer. Obviously Caster already did kill her Master, and Assassin is not a nice guy. Saber and Berserker (should) be indifferent to their Masters, and Rider actively dislikes his Master.

well knowing who they are, my interpretation of them would be that they wouldn't kill their ex-masters without a reason. And Berserker would likely turn them into their ***** instead of killing them.

For someone who actively dislikes his Master, he sure acts submissive :V

the fact that you doused the flames took away Logan's only real non-lethal threat.

then make a bluff : P
threaten that a little bit of water can't get rid of your flames that easily

that doesn't fit Logan's personality.

sometimes you have to resort to unconventional methods to archieve your goal
(unless you want to kill them of course)

or just do a surprise attack, with lots of smoke, light and sound to confuse them and then get out of there

true, but unconventional methods don't usually go well with direct characters.

the best option would be an escape, but with the barrier he's caught in, that won't work.
his only ways out are to threaten Jacques with something that makes him drop it, summon Lancer to him, or force his way out of it, but if he does the last, he wouldn't stop at just that...

so, unless you guys can think of a way to make Jacques let him go, the only real options I have that fit the character are to either just sit and wait for another post while Jacques enjoys listening to himself talk or bust the cage and rip both of the other people in the room a new asshole.

You could just talk back and stop thinking of escape. After all, Jacques doesn't plan to do anything until the battle ends (one way or another), so you have time.

again, that would work if Jacques hadn't made the threat about if Archer started losing...

Yes, but that's not a very immediate concern. Plus, if Jacques was this prepared for Logan, you'd think he'd assume Archer was just as prepared for Lancer. Maybe you could show some concern for her instead and try to find out information.

well i don't know. i had some ideas but all of th seem to be incompatible with Logan
