Well, nearly everyone in this show has proved to be entirely self-serving at best and an evil bastard at worst. But those two seem pretty benevolent. They haven't raised any suspicions in me yet anyway.

Contrast that to Margaery, who seems just as benevolent but raises some warning flags to me.

That's exactly why I don't trust them. They have no ulterior motives that we know of. :O

I don't trust Margaery either, but at least I have an idea of what she is planning.

I think their one motive is surviving. They think Bran is the only one who can help against the White Walkers.

Well, it's obvious what she's doing. You just have to wonder how much is her being smart enough to know how to pull off the role that is expected of her family, and how much is her actually being a manipulator. So far, she seems to be a rather nice person, but that one very telling scene at Renly's deathbed with Littlefinger is always at mind.

Well that is one of their motives, but what if they want revenge on the Night Watch become one of them fathered them, but couldn't keep them. :O

How would helping Bram get revenge on the Night's Watch?

I dunno, I think they're one of the few Lawful Good characters and are just focused on stopping the imminent death threat for all of Westeros. I mean, even Melisandra and Stannis have realized what a bad situation it is to give up pursuing the throne to go help at the wall (at least temporarily).

Clearly there is a thing controling the white walkers. If Bram could control it, they would have access to all of the white walkers. :O

I never got the impression that there was a specific "big bad." Just that the White Walkers were an remorseless hell legion.

I think it's a bit far-fetched to go and try to control the most devastating and unstoppable force in the world to get revenge on one guy.

I'm not implying some random living person is controling them, but we already know they have some from of order because we see officers and regular soldiers on the move.

Well yes, they have structure like an actual army. But I still have a hard time imaging there's a King White Walker.

I think the "officers" are just the actual White Walkers that have signs of intelligence while the "regular soldiers" are just the reanimated corpses of their victims, who are more like zombies.
