Btw, James frying the Pale Rider to a crisp was pretty impressive.

It's going to be similar to the original ones, but it has to be modified for different factions and pro/anti strain sentiments, etc

Which was normal, I think. It's a tough realization to come to.

When there is an official character template, I will post an updated one for James as well (not that I have to change a lot of things)

Yeah, all characters both new and old will need to be reposted to reflect the timeskip.

No, I don't think any one character will be central to the conflict.

well I think that's fine. I don't really think any of the old characters would feel right as the central character, but at the same time, bringing in a new character that steals all the spotlight would feel wrong too.

Agreed. I think Rise, James, his sister, and maybe some other unaffiliated characters will be more central to the Red Cape investigation, and Alina, Jax, Raidon, and those guys will have more to do with the Anti-Strain movement. Kokonoe will have a foot in each pool. Once the Old Guard and the Russian group rear their heads, it will become a more united effort.

In the past two years, will Rise and James have had a lot of contact with Alina and Jax or Kokonoe and Keynes?

Probably not a whole lot, although I'm sure there has been some.

do you think before the rp starts we can bounce a few practice posts for James and Rise back and forth it has been a while since I was in an rp and I don't want to mess their relationship up, so I want to get a feel for it
