I have a gallon of Fruit Punch to heal my metaphorical wounds.

That's just going to give you a sugar spike.

208 grams of sugar for the whole gallon

Basically just flavored water

That's quite a lot...

Well, I suppose if you spread it out over a week or two, it's not too bad.

I never drank Fruit Punch really. Tried it once or twice, but it was never really to my taste.

As is most everything.

I'm not sure if that's referring to spreading things out makes it better or things usually not being to my taste. But either one is probably true lol.
