Jorg's char isn't mute. He just can't control or be controlled by anyone

But I have a feeling she is Jorg's so it shouldn't be a problem.

What I want to know is, can the player do the same thing.

If not, should player give their character some handicap?

Free of the Sun: A curse carried by those who did not join the Immortal Emperor's banner. Those of these blood cannot by under anyone's control no matter how much charisma that person may have, their stubbornness for freedom makes them incapable of following orders. At the same time, they are incapable of ordering others, they lack a clear characteristic in speech and will sound mostly as social incompetents. Speech stat cannot have points.

So just be one of those people then, and I guess you're covered.

it's final, to much of a hasle to keep up, much like Illya said, it's just to give a sense of your character's limits

Speech skill, isn't literal, someone who is mute doesn't nessesarely mean they can't comunicate, only that they have an handicap
