I just finished my first O level exam :O (I did unexpectedly well, considering it's my worst subject m.m)

we always feel that we did our best after the exam, but then the results show up and we find out really how good/bad we did :P

Not true. There have been quite a few exams where I thought I've done worse than I did. Of course, the opposite has held true sometimes. And sometimes I know exactly how well I've done lol.

I remember how terrified I was taking my quantum mechanics midterm and getting it back to realize I got the highest grade in the class by like 30 points. :P

No really dude, you should just focus till the last paper is done. If you want to take short breaks then take a walk and breathe in some fresh air.
An electronic device is a disastrous tool (actually very risky as it can be used for research but at the same time can easily slip oneself into procrastination) that you should stay away from and only rely on your written/printed notes.
