| Well, the servant Jacques would want gone would be assassin, because he's a major hindrance to his tactics. Given it would be difficult to target assassin and he realizes this, but ignoring him with the information network he wants to set up is nearly impossible.
His second concern would be caster, as the large domain that caster can set up makes it difficult to take them down with his tactics and the stronger the domain gets the harder it will be.
So, one of those two. He'll probably try to evade the other servants. | |

Semiramis is massively powered up while inside her flying gardens, to the level of using true magic. however, she is utterly powerless outside of it and the only way to construct the flying gardens is by constructing it from scratch with rock, water and plants of her original land
Karna is weakened as a servant tough to the mana limitations. As such he has to hold back so not to just use all his mana, as such Karna vs Vlad results in an even battle, despite Karna's superior firepower.
Frankenstein is unable to fight for more than 15 minutes before exhausting herself and probably dieing.
Spartacus changes sides and battles Atalanta, Spartacus was better for a Saber, however, because he refused to obey another person, he chose to be a Berserker.
Jack the Reaper is able to notice that Mordred is a woman despite Mordred's helmet, however Mordred saved herself by dispersing the mist.
Astolfo's hipogriffin is powerful but cost so much mana which would kill of most the homuncolus batteries, which he refuses to use in consideration to them, he gets shot down by Semiramis' MAGICAL CANNON, Saber finds him and prepares to finish him off.
And Chiron and Achilles are being manly on each other.
