Tohno Shiki would be pretty easy too. You wouldn't even need the glasses if you were Nanaya Shiki.

lol my mother became addicted to it when I brought it home from a garage sale, 10 or so years ago..
A year or so later, whenever she saw the CD Case; she used to order us to keep that game away from her, or she'll lose her marbles all over again over it

Maybe it's not the character.. personality that they liked so much as the other aspects of that character. Such as:
First off, his powers; which were quite unique and alchemy related (which, the word would make one instantly recall Full Metal Alchemist; thus making them think of good times.)
Second: His battle scenes and how he used all his "skills" throughout the show. Yes his actions and back story may be questionable, but still he in my eyes was like some kind of anti-hero (and as I like villain characters, I found his "questionable actions" like mind games, underhand attacks to win at all costs, Etc, quite entertaining.)

In the end, I think those people who liked Kiritsugu as a character or otherwise, are most likely the "non Lawful" personalty traits guys. (on a side note, I didn't like Caster at all, but I accepted him, as he was used as an openly villainous type character.) So again, it ends up on a debate of preferences. What one likes on first eye contact over those who look deeply into a person before judging them as a whole.

I too always tend to keep to myself (then again I was/am an introvert [if one wants to stick labels])  whenever I could. But my teachers always forced me to sit in a group and interact. I chose to sit in a group of foreign speakers(to my ears) so even if they chatted away with each other, I never could get sidetracked from what I wanted to do, which was read all the books present in the school library

At others time, the bag, occupying the adjacent seat, yep always had that but again not for blocking other people. They were always free to ask if it was free to sit next to me. But subconsciously I suppose I might have been giving the "keep away, do not disturb" signals to onlookers

I usually ended up always making at least 2 good friends in class every grade. Even thought I was deathly shy till like high school. Our seating arrangement was decided by our teacher, so no choice there.

Also, I've been playing tales of Xillia and for some reason every time I see the character agria I can't help but think, oh it's gedo lol

What is it about Agria that makes you think of Gedo lol?

It fits the style of all his female avatars and the personality works. At first it didn't seem too similar, and then I fought her the second time as a boss and I was like yep... totally gedo.

I don't want to talk about it in too much detail, it's kind of hard to explain. But, she has that whole crazy burn everything and likes to murder people for fun. There was even one time where she was sent to destroy a weapon, and even though the main characters wanted to do it as well she still attacked them and threatened to take the weapon and blow up a city with it for fun... so ya lol

Well, that does sound reminiscent of Gedo lol.

Ya, I associate a few characters with people from online forums a good bit.  Usually it's based off their avis or something.. it certainly makes listening to the characters more interesting.

I know I've done that before, though I can't think of any specific instances.
