Well now he can just come back with good news m.m I think he should tell her, but I also think it's good that she doesn't have that period of worrying. Instead she can be glad that they're all okay. It seems to me the period between the crash and rescue is just short enougj to warrant something like "I wanted to tell you, but I also wanted to be certain and by that time they were already found" (if that makes sense)

What if Raidon takes Jax and the others back to the capital where they happen meet up with Arya (quickly) before moving on to the dinner?

Then she can see that Lisa is okay and give Raidon the news about the twins, which he then can reveal to everyone at dinner...
