Well, it's really just about Calisa and Caster. Sure, I expect other characters to affect the plot, but not as main characters. And I don't know how many people would be interested in rping a character who only shows up once in a while.

Well, we already have a list of them. Some are Payne's, some are mine that I never used (Rider Hannibal, Assassin JtR, and Caster Bathory before they became official). You can certainly propose some though.

I think I might make Caster Alisteir Crowley or John Dee.

*complains about type-moon not using actual witches and wizards, does the same*

Bathory wasn't. But Crowley is a very well known occultist, and Dee was infamous in his time for practicing sorcery and binding angels.

wow, they are sure similar to names like Merlin, Medea and Morgan, who you know, were known for actually practicing magic :V

Bathory feels like she would be a better Caster since she would be a more straight forward unique character to flesh out, specially if you don't just go the route of "muhahahaha i'm evil." where as the others would have to go a bit more in depth to find something unique about them.

Assassin as JtR, well, sure I know what you mean, but I've seen so many versions of him/her/it by now, that it would feel rather meh? How to explain it, I don't feel like you can bring anything new to the table with JtR because of how used the name is.

Lest we forget, I've already used Morgana, Circe, and other prevalent sorcerers, so I think I get a little slack here. At least they're well known practitioners of magic.

I'm pretty sure you've never seen this version. I did mention the concept a while back though. Assassin's identity isn't JtR, but rather the "rumor" of JtR. Hint hint. Keep in mind this will be taking place shortly after his crime spree.
