hmmm.... from my character bio. I really wanted to have a silent character.. atleast Samir is doing a much better job than Cifujis at keeping quiet or short and simple :/

But all these updates are really forcing Cifujis to open his mouth and take part in conversations. D:
I could go the grumpy route but that's not his character. He's not supposed to come out as grumpy but he wasn't also meant to be talkative either  

Oh well, maybe this new experience is changing him in more ways than he could imagine

It's just about in the way you respond to situations. You can just make his answers shorter, or put more introspection between responses to give the impression that he does more thinking than talking.

Lol I just noticed that ability... it's like an advanced version of Shy'Fei Chaotic Space
Shy'Fei can only disable spellcasting (it's like casting "Silence" from the RPG games but administered differently)

Interesting to imagine dragons in a modern city.

lol I think we're all supposed to gather in one place, but how to convey the message within the teams. Is there a team chat "power" that we can use to tell the others where one is and or send the location on their maps (one that isn't seen by the enemies.)

So I assumed that we split up to gather ground quickly and then report back when we find a base of operations :0

It could be that we have to find and bunk in our own bunkers. But then what to do once we find safe places for just our teams. Without Leon, would we just get a message again, stating a new mission :P

lol either way, I'll be taking the aerial route. Find the tallest, still standing and stable tower.
Sure it may stick out as a sore thumb but the benefit of spotting the enemies would top that of escaping into a subway. Plus we got flight and the enemy would also be flying....

okay whatever. I still think a penthouse would be a good spot lol

A underground bunker can shield one but it can also equally trap you.
A tower is a quick and easy for reaching and escaping or open air battle and spotting enemies. Also it'd be safe from ground forces (zombies, beasts and such)

Hmm. I agree that hiding underground wouldn't be ideal for dragons (except for Zelenia, thanks to her size shifting ability), but a big old skyscraper is too easy a target.

it is lol but not all of our dragons can shrink. I'm thinking of one with a helipad. The larger Dragons can rest easy there or on the big roof / dried up swimming pool :/

But that's right out in the open. It's just asking for an ambush.

no like I said, the aerial position gives us the advantage of spotting the enemy from far and ready ourselves before they reach us.

A watch tower, Bell-tower, high raised building, mountain top, etc is the best spot for Snipers as they have a clear view of the entire map and the higher they are, the smaller or not distinguishable they appear from ground level.

I've played Shooting (and RPG mage class) Games and found spots which are higher than everyone and easily sniped the ground players who were fighting ground forces. They could never tell who was killing them XD

But in this case, yes the enemies could be dragon riders and so have aerial units (though Leon did seal off the entrance and he mentioned earlier to Cifujis earlier that the City may be host to necromancers controlling zombie or puppets and such creatures, which means there may be more ground forces than rogue dragons. :/


My next option would be to hold up in a large mall or cathedral. A bank's vault could be tricky as there is a higher chance to get boxed in

Actually a Mall would be the best idea to head to first, in a post apocalyptic scenario :0 
You get canned food, Medicine, Clothes and even full furnished bedrooms and kitchens (the on-display kind) (albeit without plumbing) Though there are functional restrooms if one needs water to wash the food or anything. 

But if you're okay with simple vending machine snacks then the other option would be a hospital. You get full medicine supplies to patch up any injuries (if one wants to save their strength on healing magic) and enough beds. Though they may or may-not be comfortable. :P

Well, my two points are as follows. Snipers are usually more discreet than twenty foot dragons, and usually have a height advantage. Against other dragons, it wouldn't help much.

yes true, the non-shrinking dragons would be a huge give away for any stealth attacks. 
That's why your team has Ashley who can take agro and Samir can back her up from better attack position. Ashley is the bait in this case.

My team: Andrew is the tanker and Shy'Fei is the stealth/hexer

Leon and Diana: Diana is the crowd controller with her ranged gun attacks where as Leon may be the Support/Buffer.

Okay yeah, but we're talking about when they try to rest.

In case of facing dragons or other aerial beasts.. one would require better ground to air attacks. So Samir would be better off finding her better hidden / camouflaged spot than a higher (which would unfortunately become leveled ground) spot to take down the flying types. And for ground forces, he still has Ashley and the dragons to shield him.

A dragon or Rider or both would be on guard duty while the others sleep :0
That't the most basic rule in any warzone, no matter how secure the bunker is. D:

... lol yeah. Maybe we'll just get railroaded into the closest building... possibly a public library.. maybe we could find spell books in there or a hidden passage that leads to some National Treasures or hints to some XD

I wonder how far into things we are now. We went through two prologues, so I guess this is still chapter 1.

Possibly Chapter one will Start (or end) with a fight with a mini boss in the City. (Possibly a Necromancer type from whom we may need to take control off the city)

This is starting to sound more like Anarchy lol.
