Construct: Can create anything
Summoning: Can summon anything (Like Demons/monsters/etc

well if you don't want to post, I don't mind

And I will just go straight with the updates

But before that I need you to give me your new stats for your dragon, and two skills to master tier.

Come up with skills that you could use it in battle

Constructs: Can create anything from buildings to bridges to cars to weapons, etc.
Dimensional Summoning: Can summon anything (Like Demons/monsters/etc.

Both spells compliment Shy'fei's illusion creation spells. and Cifijis's love of creating / building objects.

I was thinking as She is only powerful when nearing a Full Moon and also when it is a dark climate (Sun is hidden/ moon is visible). So during her weaker hours, my constructs and summoning’s could blend in with her weak illusions to act as physical/solid attacks.

EG: She creates an illusion of a platoon of soldiers. They may look real and so would their guns but when they fire, of course the bullets won't have much power in them as the weather/climate conditions would not be favorable. Thus in this case, I can use the power of Construction to create speeding bullets which can mix into with the illusion ones, thus damaging the enemy or making them believe that they really are facing a group of soldiers.

For summoning; When Shy'fei creates her "creatures", I can again mix in some real ones, like she creates a skeleton army and so I raise/summon the dead, zombies, re-animated skeletons, ghosts, specters, etc. from different dimensions. Or summon polar bears, mountain lions, hawks, snakes, etc.

Mixing of both: Summon a grizzly bear and construct a battle armor on top of it for greater defense.

I think I remember there being a few non-blue stars in the mix ;;XD

anyways, it's my dad's birthday on the 10th so I might not be able to post in the IC. Planing the party and gifts and what not.

Shy'fei is now legendary dragon, you just need to distribute extra 20 stars to the stats

... you mean something like this:

Size: Only few earth dragons could be larger than 20 meters.
       10 stars - Height: Maximum 20 meters = = = Legendary
       9 stars - Height: Maximum 18 meters
       8 stars - Height: Maximum 16 meters
       7 stars - Height: Maximum 14 meters
       6 stars - Height: Maximum 12 meters = = = Original

For the skill of summoning and construct.... Construct, you cannot make something from nothing in this game, so no.

For Summoning, yes, the more powerful creature you want to summon, the longer it will take for you to summon. If you wish this to be master tier level, you will have access to summon powerful creatures to be your allies

You already have a dragon. What else would you need to summon?

Dragons are yes, the most powerful being in this RP

But there are some monsters who could match its power in this and you guys will meet them soon

Lets summon Tiamat and Bahamut and pit them against the Final Fantasy characters

Lol that's fine, as long as all summoned creatures are under the character's control (basically they should not run rampant on the field.)

Construct could work like Nexius (TEE) alchemy thingy :0 
EG: Use a large rock or boulder lying on the ground to construct A giant Golem (depending on the boulder size) or mini battle ants. 

.... you know what, forget that. Probably it'll become OP so people won't like that.

As the character and its dragon are chaos element, Just give me for my second Master spell:

Mass Hysteria (Viral): Causes the selected target to go in a state of panic and confusion. Coming in physical contact with said target will contract the same disease. All "Hysterical" victims can not distinguish from Friend or foe, thus will lash out randomly, targeting anyone to anything in sight, including themselves.

I think that can be considered as a Chaos-Utility spell. Right?

Very good, but there will be things that would not be affected by this spell.

In any case, if this becomes your master tier skill, duration and its effectiveness will put to the max
