Maybe she'll force him to drop a bucket of cold water with large chunks of ice onto himself... if he refuses to go. 

And when he succeeds the challenge, she'll still drag him along to meet the others... only to find that the others already left the Inn XD

The two will be forever stuck with each other, never able to catch up to the other riders, thus their love-hate relationship begins

What do you reckon ia dragon spinning its tail would cause?
A hurricane, a tornado, a typhoon or just an earthquake   ... also what if it uses the spinning tail in water.. will it propel itself like a speed boat XD or create a whirlpool of sorts

I would think it would depend on the dragon's size, but probably a strong gust of wind like a hurricane.

It could propel itself if it swished the tail back and forth. One long sweep would just cause a large wave, probably.

because I was wondering, what if one got a puppy like Dragon who always wags its tail left and right (banging on the ground or in the air itself). wouldn't that cause major problems, once it size is at a 10+ building height XD
