I beat the Don Mole and liberated the mole people from his terrible music by getting back the harp he stole. :O Now I can have an elf from a twilight dimension resurrect the memory of an ancient ocean to get my beached ship on the move.

Oh yeah, Dragon Quest 8.

I was gonna replay that, but decided to replay Drakengard 2 instead, since I never finished the 2nd & 3rd routes.
