"What a pity Archer."
The cold voice of a woman resonates through the library. Many could recognize it and soon the signature presence of it's owner appeared, a spike of mana and cold air cover the library. Space bends and mana erupts, it was Caster.
"Still this is troubling, at first I thought it would target servants, and it targeted the Master instead."
Caster loosens her hair as she sighed at the predicament, and then smiled at Archer.
"Ah, but I must not bore you, so I'll go straight to the point."
She rest a hand in her hip and then raises her other hand while raising her head with a confident smile.
"Become my Servant Archer! You have impressed me! With my power not only can you take vengeance against Ravager but also it's creator!"
Caster declared with charisma. It was strange, for this single moment Caster had no dark aura or even a sinister presence and instead felt like a radiant comfortable light, a beacon of hope, even if thorny.
Assassin had been a disappointment and right from the start Caster wasn't that pleased with him, however Archer was different, Archer was a brilliant mind, unlike Assassin, he will not repeat a mistake.

| Well I assume Meira wasn't supposed to up and go chat with it. It was probably supposed to be more of a plot whatchmacallsit than anything else. A dark evil figure in the shadows.

| for now the only motive i've seen him have is that "I want to survive.", yet he willingly enlist the help of 2 random people who could for all he cares backstab him at any moment.
the maou i don't even question, I just assume he didnt attack her cause "I want to survive." |

It's developing a personality. the question isnt "why would they?" it's "why wouldnt they?" for a new bornbaby that was locked up by it's own human creators, it sure is trusting 2 random human that show up just as he releases himself. If he had any amount of believability, he would have killed both of them just for the simple fact of being humans |

| Why would he kill them just for being human? He only hates the Masters and Servants for specifically using him as a tool, whereas these two worship him as a deity. What purpose would that serve then?
